How to choose the right size?
There are many sizes of covers and you should choose one that is suitable for the size of your bed. When you purchase your bed cover, make sure it will fit properly on your bed. In order to obtain a good coverage, the blanket or quilt must extend on each side of the bed for at least 30cm.
The material
Once the blankets were made of wool, were thick and heavy! Fortunately, times have changed and materials as well. Best-selling covers are "polar" ones, as they have the advantage of being very light and keep you very hot. The can be easily washed in the machine and they dry very quickly. Synthetic covers are thick, fluffy and very appreciated.
The price
If you don’t want to pay too much for bed covers, you should choose a fleece blanket or a synthetic one. For a beautiful finish for your bed, find a bedspread quilt that not very expensive, but comes in beautiful colors, as it will make the room warmer. Wool blankets are very expensive, however, you should know they have a longer lifetime than synthetic covers and they provide a nice and warm feeling.
