Description: The Palisade® Dry Location Motor Fan by Fanimation features a design reminiscent of luxurious hotels and mansions in tropical regions. The T-shaped assembly features two motors on either side for vertical blade rotation. Great for fresh air circulation and extra comfort in your home, this Palisade® fan is energy efficient and features different speeds to accommodate different needs. A reverse switch on the motor changes the direction of the fan's revolution, creating an updraft that evenly distributes warm air throughout the room during the colder seasons. The motor fan is rated for dry environments with a limited lifetime motor warranty. The fan is available in Antique Brass or Pewter finishes, and a choice of blades gives attractive options to match the décor of any room. This fan requires a minimum ceiling height of 11' and a minimum floor clearance of 7'. An extension pole with a length of at least 24” is required, and optional decorative accessories such as filigrees are available (each item sold separately).
